About the position

The SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst at Momentive Technologies is responsible for supporting a global SAP S4 instance, focusing on procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse management. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless integration across various functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SAP P2P configuration and implementation support, while also managing daily tickets and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvements using SAP solutions.
• Lead workstream projects, developing functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business BPOs and IT teams to determine requirements for change requests and projects.
• Translate P2P business issues into actionable requirements and technical solutions.
• Organize, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, and manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of SAP Analyst and/or Support experience
• Demonstrated business process acumen
• Good organizational and diplomacy skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Superior customer service skills
• 2+ full cycle implementations in SAP
• 2+ years leading a module or support of business functional area in global SAP system.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications or advanced degree in relevant IT or business field
• 5 or more years' Business Analyst and configuration experience in PP/MM
