About the position

As a Manager in the SAP Offering at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on best practices and technology trends within the Semiconductor industry. This position involves overseeing SAP projects, enhancing business processes through SAP solutions, and contributing to the growth of the practice. You will also mentor junior staff and engage in business development activities to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends, building lasting relationships and managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients.
• Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Oversee SAP projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead client engagement workstreams focusing on Finance/product costing process design, optimization, and transformation using S/4 HANA.
• Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, efficiency, and profitability.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to help them achieve their career objectives and participate in onboarding activities.
• Participate in sales pursuit efforts as a team member or subject matter advisor, developing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• At least 4 years of experience working in the Semiconductor industry or with Semiconductor clients.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance/Controlling modules.
• Participation in all phases of at least 4 end-to-end full life cycle implementations with a focus on SAP Controlling modules.
• Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of S/4 HANA integration with Procurement, Order to cash, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Experience leading discussions with Clients, SAP, SAP Partners, Developers, and Architects.
• Experience in Repetitive/Process/Discrete manufacturing processes in any industry.
• Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
• Signavio experience.
• Greenfield implementation experience.
• Master's degree.
