About the position

The SAP Program Management Lead at Accenture is responsible for leading complex SAP programs and managing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. This role involves building collaborative relationships with clients, overseeing program management processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The position requires a deep understanding of SAP products, particularly S/4HANA, and the ability to drive teams towards successful project completion while navigating challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business priorities.
• Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes.
• Monitor and manage team goals and performance, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
• Develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans for problem areas.
• Assist teams in problem-solving during critical periods.
• Facilitate collaboration across functional workstreams and technical disciplines.
• Develop integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and quality completion.
• Hold clients accountable for their responsibilities and commitments.
• Stay current on market innovations and methodologies related to SAP delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience communicating project/program status, risks, and mitigations.
• Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
