About the position

Infosys is seeking a SAP Program Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. This role involves leading projects from initial proposal through completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to client business needs. The Program Manager will build and manage project teams, schedule assignments, monitor deliverables, and ensure successful implementation. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of learning, where diversity is respected and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of SAP projects.
  • Build and manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects according to client needs.
  • Facilitate engagement planning and budgeting, managing team deliverables and client expectations.
  • Oversee business development and proposal activities to generate new accounts and revenue.
  • Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts, including change management processes.
  • Establish program governance and manage using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate effectively with C-Level executives and project managers to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Extensive experience in managing large IT ERP programs, specifically SAP.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs.
  • Experience in managing global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional certification such as PMP and a post-graduate degree.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Logistics industry.
