About the position

Infosys is seeking a SAP Program Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects. This role involves leading projects from initial proposal through completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to client business needs. The Program Manager will build and manage project teams, schedule assignments, monitor deliverables, and ensure successful implementation while fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of SAP projects.
• Build and manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects according to client needs.
• Facilitate engagement planning, budgeting, and manage engagement teams.
• Direct on-time and quality delivery of work products, managing engagement economics and risks.
• Lead business development and proposal response activities for new account generation.
• Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts, including change management.
• Set up program governance and manage using KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 13 years of experience in SAP engagement and project management.
• Experience executing at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in a Program Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs.
• Experience in managing global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry is a plus.
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams.
