About the position

Infosys is seeking a SAP Program Manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of projects, leading them from initial proposal through completion. The role focuses on providing innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to client business needs, while managing project teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of learning, where diversity is respected and valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of SAP programs.
• Build and manage project teams, schedule assignments, and monitor deliverables.
• Ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects.
• Engage in business development and proposal response activities.
• Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts.
• Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
• Manage engagement economics and risks, ensuring quality delivery of work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 13 years of experience in SAP engagement and project management.
• Experience executing at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in Program Manager roles.
• Hands-on experience with Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs.
• Experience managing global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry is a plus.
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams.
