About the position

Infosys is seeking an SAP Program Manager who will play a crucial role in leading large transformation programs by collaborating with various stakeholders, including Program Managers, Architects, and Client Stakeholders. The Program Manager will be responsible for setting the program vision, planning, and executing the transformation initiatives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple Program Managers, Infrastructure and Application Architects, Client Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts across large transformation programs.
• Set the Program Vision, Plan, and accomplish the target state of the transformation.
• Create an integrated program plan covering multiple work streams/projects, including cost, schedule, scope, requirements, risk, quality, and communication management.
• Conduct program reviews with stakeholders to manage issues and risks, ensuring smooth delivery and governance.
• Track actual vs planned program progress and provide support to Project Managers for seamless integration of projects.
• Identify risks at the beginning of the project and oversee signoff of milestones with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in managing and driving technology initiatives in the Retail domain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with CXO level executives.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in SAP Retail environment is preferred.
• Driving predictive and proactive monitoring strategies for the IT landscape.
• Advisory services experience on Application Landscape, Security, and Application roadmap strategy.
