About the position

As a SAP Program Manager at Infosys, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that innovative and high-quality solutions are delivered to meet client business needs. This role involves building and managing project teams, scheduling assignments, and monitoring deliverables to ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of SAP projects.
• Build and manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects.
• Engage with C-Level executives and project managers to facilitate project success.
• Manage engagement planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts.
• Oversee program governance and manage using KPIs.
• Lead business development and proposal response activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 13 years of experience in SAP engagement and project management.
• Experience executing at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in a Program Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs.
• Experience in managing global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP) and post-graduate degree are desired.

• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Logistics industry.
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams.
