About the position

As a SAP Program Manager at Infosys, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that innovative and high-quality solutions are delivered to meet client business needs. This role involves building and managing project teams, scheduling assignments, and monitoring deliverables to ensure successful implementation. You will be part of a collaborative learning culture that values teamwork, excellence, and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of SAP projects.
  • Build and manage project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects.
  • Engage with C-Level executives and project managers to facilitate project success.
  • Manage engagement planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Design and manage complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts.
  • Oversee program governance and manage using KPIs.
  • Lead business development and proposal response activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 13 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 13 years of experience in SAP engagement and project management.
  • Experience executing at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in a Program Manager role.
  • Hands-on experience with Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs.
  • Experience in managing global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP) and post-graduate degree are desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Logistics industry.
  • Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams.
