About the position

The SAP Technical Programmer/Business Specialist role is designed for a skilled professional to develop and maintain SAP solutions across various modules including Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business operations and deliver innovative solutions, while also managing multiple initiatives and operational support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs within the SAP R/3 environment.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into development specifications.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document SAP processes and resolve operational issues.
• Manage multiple initiatives, including project-based tasks, maintenance requests, and operational support.
• Collaborate with a self-sufficient, agile team to share knowledge and drive results.

Requirements

• Expertise in ABAP R/3, particularly in Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning modules.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet with stakeholders, gather requirements, and create clear development specs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP FIORI, UI5, and cloud concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics, EDI, KAFKA, XRAY, or SAP CALM.
