About the position

The SAP Project Manager will be an integral part of the Monster IT Project Management Office (PMO) team, focusing on managing SAP initiatives, including the migration from ECC to S/4HANA. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies, optimize PMO processes, and ensure successful project delivery in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAP leadership to set direction and priorities for the SAP project portfolio.
• Align business and IT strategic goals with key stakeholders and project teams.
• Define and refine PMO processes and best practices for managing SAP initiatives.
• Provide hands-on leadership in project initiation, scheduling, execution, control, and closing.
• Apply SAP's Activate methodology across all project phases as applicable.
• Lead multiple projects, managing both internal and third-party vendor resources.
• Manage change effectively to enhance solution adoption and mitigate impacts on processes and people.
• Document project activities, including RAID logs and budget tracking, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure business requirements are well understood and documented for technology solutions.
• Coordinate resource requirements for smooth project execution.
• Oversee vendor selection and management, including RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Manage project budgets and report on budget vs. actuals regularly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Management (ECC, S/4HANA, sidecars).
• Proven track record in SAP implementation and Digital Transformation projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to balance short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Experience in clearly communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
