About the position

This position is for a Project/Program Manager specializing in Source to Pay (Procurement) processes. The role involves managing procurement projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and overseeing both direct and indirect procurement activities. The candidate will be expected to work onsite 2-3 weeks per month and travel 25-50% of the time, with travel expenses covered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement projects from initiation to completion.
• Keep project stakeholders informed and updated on progress and changes.
• Oversee direct and indirect procurement processes.
• Coordinate contracts and procurement activities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay processes.
• Experience with direct and indirect procurement.
• Familiarity with contract management and negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with S4 software or similar procurement systems.
