About the position

The SAP QA Analyst position at GSK Solutions Inc. is a contract role focused on supporting Treasury within the Department of Technology Management and Budget. The role involves managing test activities, ensuring quality assurance, and facilitating communication between business representatives and the test team. The analyst will be responsible for functional and integration testing, creating test scenarios, and maintaining relevant documentation to ensure that systems meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support all test activities and manage communications with business test representatives.
• Produce reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for quality assurance testing assignments.
• Assist in creating scenarios to validate acceptance criteria of customer requirements.
• Undertake functional and integration testing and liaise with third-party staff for appropriate test coverage.
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks during third-party meetings and internal developments.
• Attend meetings and workshops to cover test-dependent activities such as requirement verification and prioritization.
• Prepare structured test scenarios and scripts, ensuring they are prioritized and approved by stakeholders.
• Create allocated test scripts, monitor test execution, and ensure results are recorded.
• Coordinate re-testing of defects and issues with business test representatives or third-party providers.
• Prepare and maintain relevant test documentation, including test scripts and activity schedules.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in test automation.
• 8 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling.
• 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• 10 years of experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP Financials (TRM preferred).
• Experience in web-based testing and customer-facing interaction.
• Familiarity with test tools such as SolMan Test Suite, HPALM, RQM, or any QA tracking tools.
