About the position

As a Manager in the SAP Offering at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on best practices and technology trends, managing SAP implementation projects, and contributing to the growth of the practice. This position involves client service, project delivery, business development, and mentoring junior staff, all aimed at enhancing client relationships and driving successful SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on leading practices and technology/industry trends.
• Build lasting relationships and manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Manage and deliver SAP implementation projects, overseeing solution design and implementation.
• Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth and improve quality.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, assisting them in achieving their career objectives.
• Participate in sales pursuit efforts and develop relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients.
• SAP FICO experience.
• SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Recognition) experience.
• Hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Results Analysis (RA).
• S4 HANA implementation experience.
• Participation in at least 4 end-to-end SAP Finance/RAR implementations, with a lead role on at least 2 implementations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
