About the position

The SAP S/4 BTP Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and migration of SAP systems, specifically focusing on the transition from ECC to S/4 HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP's full suite of applications and the ability to manage large-scale projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation process are executed smoothly and efficiently. The position demands strong leadership skills, as the project manager will be coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals with business objectives. In addition to project management responsibilities, the SAP S/4 BTP Technical Project Manager will also be expected to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. This includes assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards. The role may also involve working closely with functional consultants to ensure that the technical aspects of the project align with the functional requirements of the business. Candidates with experience in the public sector and hyperscale environments will be given preference, as these experiences will contribute to a better understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the role. The project manager will also be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and migration of SAP systems from ECC to S/4 HANA.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple, large-scale, full-suite implementations of ECC.
• Experience with ECC to S/4 migration preferred.
• S/4 experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a functional consultant preferred.
• Hyperscale experience preferred.
• Public sector experience preferred.
