About The Position

The SAP S4 - Inventory / Warehouse Management Analyst at RTX Corporation is a pivotal role focused on leading and managing the digital organization supporting the Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) value stream. This position is integral to the SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of processes, system design, and configuration. The analyst will collaborate with business units to design optimized ERP processes and communicate strategic directions to executive leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Inventory and Warehouse management experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with WM/EWM.
  • Must have an issued Passport.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Digital Technology activities for the SAP IM/WM workstream of the RTX ERP Transformation program.
  • Facilitate creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
  • Evaluate options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
  • Identify high value improvement opportunities within SAP IM/WM functions and lead the design of a future-state landscape of digital solutions and processes changes to deliver this value.
  • Coordinate across business units and functions in documenting options and decision-making criteria.
  • Evaluate technical solutions and make recommendations based on functional requirements, compliance, and technical constraints, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with operational regulations, contractual obligations, and internal controls.
  • Communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of critical and strategic importance to the organization.
  • Responsible for successful delivery within each phase of the program: Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover & Hypercare.
