About the position

As a Sales Senior Manager at Accenture's SAP practice, you will be responsible for shaping, selling, and closing large deals that involve single or multi-service offerings. This role requires a growth-focused sales professional with extensive experience in managing the sales cycle, from qualification to deal closure, while leveraging deep sales process skills and technical expertise in Accenture's offerings. You will develop relationships with key decision-makers and drive profitable sales growth through effective sales strategies and negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determining pursuit strategies and developing client messaging plans.
  • Apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies and practices.
  • Direct specific team sales activities and operate within large teams.
  • Shape, sell, and close large deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years selling/closing deals in the professional services space in areas such as Systems Integration, Outsourcing, Cloud enablement & migration, and IT transformation.
  • Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 recent years of selling SAP.
  • Minimum of 2 years Communications, Media, or High Tech Industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct sales with a quota preferably in excess of $10M.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA.
  • Experience working within G2000 customers.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • High energy level, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
