About the position

The SAP SD Functional Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP SD processes, user exits, pricing, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements, provide recommendations for automated solutions, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Perform SAP configurations in the SAP SD area.
• Write functional/technical specifications for ABAP custom programs and interfaces.
• Test and rollout the final product to business users.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define scope and gather business requirements.
• Implement proposed solutions with predetermined resources, budget, and timelines.
• Provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs.
• Debug ABAP and assist with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, and billing.
• Manage SAP projects with integration to external systems and business partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP projects.
• Experience with S4 HANA is preferred.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Specialized in design and configuration of SAP SD module.
• Good knowledge of SD pricing and account assignment processes.
• Ability to debug ABAP and write detailed specifications for development.
• Experience with intercompany postings and pro forma invoices.
• Knowledge of SAP iDocs for order induction.
• Project management experience with SAP projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Apple PLC is preferred.
