SAP Security Analyst

As an SAP Security Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and communicating SAP user management and security matrix across various SAP solutions including SAP Finance, Order to Cash, Service to Cash (Aftermarket), Procure to Pay, Manufacturing (MM), Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will analyze risks associated with application security exposures and provide solutions to mitigate these risks. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external auditors to assess security risks, define security requirements, and implement controls. You will also conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and communicate SAP user management and security matrix across SAP solutions.
• Analyze and understand risks associated with application security exposures and provide solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Implement SAP application security methodologies and manage user and role management tools.
• Define SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning.
• Conduct and manage audit reviews with the existing SAP team.
• Assist customers with SAP security administration, including user provisioning, role design, and access management.
• Develop and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations to ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of duties.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external auditors to assess security risks and implement controls.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
• Provide guidance and support to SAP functional teams and business users on security-related matters.
• Monitor and analyze SAP security logs and reports to detect and respond to security incidents, breaches, and anomalies.
• Stay up to date with SAP security trends, technologies, and solutions, and recommend enhancements to mitigate emerging threats and risks.

Requirements

• Experienced in SAP Security, risk, and compliance, especially with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Demonstrable understanding of information security management principles and SAP application security implementation methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in defining SAP Security approach, role design, authorization concepts, and user provisioning.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance Management skills.
• Incident Response and Security Monitoring skills.
