About the position

We are seeking an SAP Test Automation Engineer to implement and maintain SAP Test Automation Software. This role involves managing the Test Automation Infrastructure and establishing governance processes to ensure testing assets are updated in line with application changes introduced by project teams. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based on business needs and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish the foundational infrastructure to support SAP Testing Automation toolset
• Create and maintain overall governance processes that align to the Application Lifecycle Management methodology
• Create an intake process that will give clear prioritization guidelines
• Engage with project teams to ensure enough time is allowed in plans to script and execute test automation
• Ensure license compliance and vendor relations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a test engineering role responsible for authoring automated tests scripts
• Prior experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment (e.g., validated, regulated, qualified)
• Working experience with Application Lifecycle Management and different deployment methodologies i.e. Waterfall and/or Agile
• Strong background in testing methodology and automated testing tools
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and reprioritize work
• Flexibility to adapt to quickly changing priorities and re-adjust work accordingly
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to self-direct to resolve issues and remove roadblocks
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate and translate technical concepts in a business framework that is easily understood by non-technical people
