Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live.
• Exhibit knowledge of Supply Chain planning and its functional integration with financial planning, detailed scheduling, sales, and manufacturing execution.
• Design, build, and deploy SAP IBP, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Support the integration of the SAP IBP solution with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), MM, PP, LE, WM, and/or eWM.
• Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings.
• Communicate a broad range of Firm services to clients.
• Bridge across functions, specifically Sales and Finance, creating solutions that tear down functional silos.
• Manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with unanticipated issues.
• Create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members.
• Provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.
• Drive work to establish business requirements are met.
• Perform duties as a project leader including monitoring project issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years
• Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Supply Chain consulting engagements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.
• Knowledge of financial planning processes related to supply chain management.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and cross-border engagements.
