About the position
The Associate Director for SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing at Accenture focuses on leading transformation initiatives within the Life Sciences sector. This role involves leveraging SAP technologies to address complex business challenges, guiding teams in delivering innovative cloud solutions, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking to drive business development and enhance Accenture's SAP practice.
Responsibilities
- Use industry knowledge to assess clients' supply chain and manufacturing needs.
- Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions for the Life Sciences Industry.
- Drive the delivery of SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposal submissions and sales initiatives.
- Serve as a thought leader within the Accenture SAP practice, enhancing team expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects for Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences clients.
- At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO, ICSM.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SAP support or managed services (not considered for this role).
- Familiarity with new SAP technologies like S/4HANA and Cloud.
