About the position
The Associate Director for SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing at Accenture is a leadership role focused on transforming the Life Sciences industry through innovative SAP solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in SAP technologies and strong leadership skills to guide teams in delivering state-of-the-art cloud solutions tailored to clients' unique needs. The role emphasizes building relationships with senior leaders, driving business development, and serving as a thought leader within the SAP practice.
Responsibilities
- Use industry knowledge to assess clients' supply chain and manufacturing needs.
- Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions for the Life Sciences industry.
- Drive sales pursuits and opportunity development for SAP-powered solutions.
- Deliver SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that align with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' senior leaders.
- Contribute to the growth of Accenture's SAP practice through business development and proposal submissions.
- Serve as an expert and thought leader in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences distribution clients.
- At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO, ICSM.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SAP support or managed services (not considered for this role).
- Proven skills in leading complex workshops and design decisions.
