About the position

The Associate Director for SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing at Accenture focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to transform the Life Sciences industry. This role involves leading teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions tailored to clients' manufacturing and supply chain needs, while also driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Use industry knowledge to assess clients' supply chain and manufacturing needs.
• Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions for the Life Sciences Industry.
• Deliver SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that align with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.
• Drive business development and proposal submissions to grow Accenture's SAP practice.
• Serve as a thought leader in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects for Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences clients.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO, ICSM.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP support or managed services (not considered for primary requirements).
