About the position
The Associate Director for SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing at Accenture focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to transform the Life Sciences industry. This role involves leading teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions tailored to clients' manufacturing and supply chain needs, while also driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking to navigate the complexities of digitization in the Life Sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Use industry knowledge to assess clients' supply chain and manufacturing needs.
- Lead teams of consultants in advising clients on SAP solutions.
- Deliver SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.
- Drive business development and proposal submissions for SAP solutions.
- Serve as a thought leader in the SAP practice, enhancing team expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects for Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences clients.
- At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SAP support or managed services.
- Familiarity with new SAP technologies like S/4HANA and Cloud.
