About the position

The position is for a transformation consultant within Accenture's SAP practice, focusing on the Life Sciences industry. The role involves leveraging SAP technologies to address complex business challenges, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain. The consultant will lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts while ensuring the delivery of innovative SAP solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Use industry knowledge to assess clients' supply chain and manufacturing needs.
• Lead teams to advise clients on SAP solutions for the Life Sciences Industry.
• Deliver SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that align with client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with senior client leaders to support their long-term vision.
• Drive business development and proposal submissions to grow Accenture's SAP practice.
• Serve as a thought leader in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects for Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology, or Life Sciences clients.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning and solution architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO, ICSM.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
