About the position

The Sr. Integration Consultant (Talend) is a leadership role focused on solving complex business problems through re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. This position requires expertise in ETL and systems integration, particularly with Talend and SAP, to architect and design integration capabilities that support business objectives. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, providing consultation to end users, and managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design integration capabilities and systems solutions in support of business objectives.
• Utilize Talend for integration tasks, focusing on extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC to Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide automated technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery across various project phases.

Requirements

• 10+ years overall ETL/Systems Integration experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Talend.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and no code platforms like Talend.
• Experience with prior integrations by extracting and transforming SAP ECC or S/4 data with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience working in a CTO/ETO (Configure/Engineer to Order) environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of windows scripting and file transfers across internal/external networks.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform.
• Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL.
