About the position

The SAP Technical Solution Architect at Accenture is responsible for architecting technology solutions during the pre-sales cycle, focusing on Application Managed Services and Professional Services for Enterprise IT Systems. This role involves collaborating with clients to co-create solutions, driving technology delivery sign-offs, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives. The architect will work closely with sales teams and subject matter experts to promote standards in solutions and provide input on contractual terms. The position requires strong technical expertise in SAP solutions and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions during the pre-sales cycle.
• Represent solutions in discussions with leadership and senior client stakeholders.
• Drive technology delivery sign-off on solutions considering client objectives and preferences.
• Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts during the sales process.
• Promote the use of standards in solutions and coordinate with legal and commercial teams.
• Provide input to terms and conditions and be accountable for specific contractual terms.
• Identify points of contact for delivery and lead stabilization efforts on client deals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a focus on SAP Technical managed and/or professional services solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.
• Experience in SAP technical migration (ECC to ECC) or S/4 Conversion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Strong technical and/or functional solutioning expertise in SAP ERP components.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in Managed Services delivery for SAP ERP systems.
• Experience in Professional Services delivery for SAP ERP systems.
• Ability to provide an industry view of application portfolio rationalization and cloud transformation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
