About the position

The SAP Technical Solution Architect at Accenture is responsible for architecting technology solutions during the pre-sales cycle, focusing on Application Managed Services and Professional Services for Enterprise IT Systems. This role involves collaborating with clients to co-create solutions, driving technology delivery sign-offs, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives. The architect will work closely with sales teams and subject matter experts to promote standards in solutions and provide input on contractual terms. The position requires strong technical expertise in SAP and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect the technology solution during the pre-sales sales cycle.
• Represent the solution in conversations with Operating Group leadership and senior client buyers.
• Drive necessary Technology Delivery sign-off on solutions with input from Operating Groups.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Subject Matter Experts during the sales process.
• Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Provide input to Terms and Conditions and be accountable for specific contractual terms.
• Identify Point of Contact for delivery with Technology leadership.
• Lead stabilization efforts on client deals where appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a focus on SAP Technical (Basis/Security) solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.
• Experience in SAP technical migration (ECC to ECC) or S/4 Conversion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Strong technical and/or functional solutioning expertise in SAP ERP Components.

• Expertise in Managed Services delivery for SAP ERP systems.
• Experience in Professional Services delivery for SAP ERP systems.
• Ability to provide an industry view of application portfolio rationalization and modernization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
