About the position
The SAS Programmer Analyst role involves working with data to meet business requirements through the creation and support of automated data processes, reports, and analytics dashboards. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identifying data sources and data elements to meet business requirements.
- Creating and supporting automated data extracts and interface processes.
- Creating extract files, reports, analytics dashboards.
- Modifying existing processes to meet business requirements.
- Designing, developing and testing solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Working with business users to understand requirements.
- Working independently and collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, external agencies, CMS, VITA and vendors.
- Working on multiple assignments concurrently and meet important target dates.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAS programming and data analysis.
- Experience in creating automated data extracts and reports.
- Ability to design and develop solutions for complex business requirements.
- Strong communication skills to work with business users and stakeholders.
