About the position
The SAS Programmer Analyst position is focused on developing and supporting data solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role requires in-person attendance for interviews and a hybrid work model, with an expectation of being on-site for two days a week initially. The candidate will work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify data sources, create automated data extracts, and develop reports and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Identifying data sources and data elements to meet business requirements
- Creating and supporting automated data extracts and interface processes
- Creating extract files, reports, and analytics dashboards
- Modifying existing processes to meet business requirements
- Designing, developing, and testing solutions that meet complex business requirements
- Working with business users to understand requirements
- Working independently and collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Working on multiple assignments concurrently and meeting important target dates
Requirements
- Experience with SAS programming and data analysis
- Strong understanding of data management and data extraction processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
