About the position
The SAS Data and Reporting Analyst position involves managing data management and reporting tasks, specifically focusing on SAS programming to support the migration to a new enterprise data management and reporting platform. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical SAS code into business requirements for effective reporting development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and run SAS scripts to ingest data into SAS data tables.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation on ingested data files.
- Run SAS scripts on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to produce reporting for business end users.
- Write SAS scripts to support ad hoc data requests from business users.
- Support the current project to migrate reporting to the enterprise data platform.
Requirements
- 3-5 years SAS programming experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate SAS code into business requirements for reporting development.
Nice-to-haves
- Python programming experience.
- Report and data visualization experience.
- Tableau report creation experience.
