About the position
Test Geek is seeking passionate and knowledgeable SAT and ACT tutors to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. As a part-time tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students in both one-on-one and group settings, helping them prepare for their college entrance exams. Our ideal candidates are not only academically accomplished, having achieved scores in the 96th percentile or higher, but also possess excellent communication skills and a solid teaching ability. This position is perfect for individuals looking to supplement their income while pursuing graduate studies or other full-time employment. The role requires in-person tutoring sessions, as we are not currently hiring remote tutors. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to work around your other commitments. Additionally, you will receive paid training to ensure you are well-prepared to assist students effectively. Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging tutoring sessions for SAT and ACT preparation in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Create personalized study plans tailored to each student's needs and learning styles.

- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate students' availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Achieve a minimum score in the 96th percentile on the SAT or ACT (higher scores are encouraged).
- Possess a college degree.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit solid teaching ability and experience in tutoring or education.
