Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Manage assigned territories effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
• Promote software solutions and technology products to prospective clients.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leads.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation and business development are essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in inside sales or territory management is advantageous.
