About the position

The SBCT (OT) Training Management and Leader Development Integration Manager will support the U.S. Army Futures Command by providing capabilities development support services. This role focuses on maneuver force transformation and involves assessing maneuver capabilities to identify gaps and develop integrated requirements to address those gaps. The manager will participate in various teams to develop necessary products associated with the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) analysis and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and determine change requirements for training and leader development programs of instruction that support PM SBCT related platforms.
  • Review all SBCT doctrine, Armor and Infantry Training Strategies, and course content of SBCT related courses offered at MCoE.
  • Attend Operations, Training Leadership, and Program of Institution Working Groups to provide observations, insights, and lessons learned.
  • Participate in MCoE Critical Task Site Selection Boards to review training content in institutional and functional training courses.
  • Monitor AFC, TRADOC, and FORSCOM analytical efforts related to Infantry or Armor.
  • Support ACM SBCT efforts to integrate DOTMLPF-P initiatives within institutional and organizational processes through various committees and working groups.
  • Collect data based on PM/PdM requests for information to support Stryker Family of Vehicle requirements analysts and Technical Test and Evaluation SMEs.
  • Serve as an alternate to the ACM SBCT FORGE data entry.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of technical experience in fielding, training, sustainment, maintenance, or employment of Army Mission Command Systems.
  • Three years of experience in a FORSCOM, TRADOC, or AFC organization conducting testing, evaluation, and integration of emerging network and mission command system technologies.
  • Experience in tactical network operations, or as a S6 OIC/NCOIC in battalion or brigade field tactical command posts.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
