About the position

The Collections Associate I at RUSH Copley Medical Center is responsible for managing incoming patient calls related to billing inquiries, cash posting issues, and payment plan setups. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual highly desired.
• Previous experience working with health insurance benefit plans.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Prefer EPIC experience.
