The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager leads, directs, and controls all activities concerning the development of manufacturing processes in support of new product development (NPD) programs to meet customer and business objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role evaluates results and makes needed adjustments to keep activities aligned with program deliverables. The position supports the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing concepts within the framework of Lean manufacturing. The role may be based at and support the Grand Rapids, MI, manufacturing site, and may support other sites as needed.
