About The Position
The Scaffold Builder Leadman at Austin Industrial is responsible for supervising the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding and other temporary structures. This role requires working at heights, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing the proper installation and dismantling of scaffolding materials. The Leadman will also conduct inspections and ensure that all work adheres to OSHA and company standards.
