About the position

As a Scaffolding and Insulation Salesperson at Vecta Environmental, you will be responsible for driving sales of scaffolding and insulation services. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and contributing to its growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand specific scaffolding and insulation needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of scaffolding and insulation products and services.
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and finance teams for project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the scaffolding and insulation industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding and insulation products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
