About the position

The Scalable Effects Assistant Program Manager (APM) at Cydecor, Inc. is responsible for providing programmatic and administrative support to the Naval Special Warfare Maritime Special Programs. This mid-level position requires a strong understanding of program management principles, particularly in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance, while ensuring compliance with government regulations. The APM will engage with industry partners, coordinate with various subject matter experts, and oversee technical activities to meet program goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Program Manager (PM) on the execution of government funds.
• Track, balance, and inform the PM on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify programmatic risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Engage with industry partners to understand capabilities and technologies.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts in test and evaluation, engineering, logistics, and finance.
• Direct technical activities of projects to meet long- and short-range goals.
• Ensure technical adequacy and accuracy of completed assignments.
• Review in-process testing results and plan for future test requirements.
• Conduct technical analyses of systems and components against operational requirements.
• Create and modify presentation documentation using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in program management support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Understanding of USSOCOM and NAVSEA program/project goals and processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior Navy service with assignments supporting the NSW and DEVGRU enterprise.
• Security Clearance: DOD Secret.
