About the position

The Scalable Programs Manager for Global Partner Marketing at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive partner-led demand generation. This role focuses on the governance and execution of scalable marketing programs, ensuring high-quality performance and continuous optimization. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to design and implement innovative customer experiences, track program performance, and establish processes that enhance the partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end scalable programs, partner ready campaign strategy, governance, and execution.
  • Establish guardrails, processes, and mechanisms to ensure high-quality programs and performance.
  • Build a global framework for partner activation/inclusion into scalable programs.
  • Collaborate with Geo Partner Marketing and Operations teams to define roadmaps, design, test, and implement innovative customer experiences across Scalable Programs.
  • Evaluate regional growth opportunities, partner needs, and action into campaign frameworks and program pilots to support partner-led demand generation.
  • Track and analyze critical performance metrics like reach, engagement, attributed actions, and customer sentiment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in demand generation, content production, and roadmap management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred
