About the position

The role involves managing a large portfolio of customers in the Americas region, focusing on onboarding and expanding the customer base through tailored consultations, training, and outreach campaigns. The position requires collaboration with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of Notion, serving as a product ambassador to enhance customer workflows and drive user engagement. The individual will also play a key role in shaping the future of customer success at Notion by providing insights to the product team based on customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers in AMER.
  • Onboard and expand the customer base through tailored Notion consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to key points of contact to assist with Notion adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of Notion.
  • Serve as the in-house product ambassador to enhance customer workflows and maximize ROI from Notion.
  • Identify and target strategic customers to drive up monthly active users and seat expansion.
  • Proactively reach out to customers not maximizing their opportunity with Notion to create action plans for success.
  • Inform and influence the overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Track record of success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team.
  • Growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of an ascent team.
  • Motivated by seeing others succeed and grow when partnering with them.
  • Highly adaptable to a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Enjoy getting to know new people and helping them solve business problems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience in scaled program management or building campaigns in Outreach.
  • Familiarity with Notion.
  • Curiosity about data and insights, with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical skills.
