About the position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enablement Manager to lead the content strategy and development for our global scaled community program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our diverse community of users. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our content not only meets the needs of our audience but also drives engagement and growth within our community. The Enablement Manager will develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and supports the growth and engagement of our global community. This includes selecting the most effective content modalities, such as webinars, guides, and worksheets, as well as learning strategies like micro-learning and peer-learning, to engage and educate our audience effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to identify content opportunities and develop compelling content that resonates with our audience. Additionally, the Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive content library, organizing content by topic, modality, audience, and other domains. This role will also involve researching, curating, and repurposing existing content to map it to new curricula, ensuring that all program materials are accurately translated and culturally appropriate. Managing agency onboarding and ensuring that all agencies are properly vetted, contracted, and managed to deliver high-quality outputs will also be key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports community growth.
  • Select effective content modalities and learning strategies to engage and educate the audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and develop compelling content.
  • Develop a comprehensive content library, organizing content by topic, modality, audience, and other domains.
  • Research, curate, and repurpose existing content to map it to new curricula.
  • Manage content translations, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
  • Manage agency onboarding, ensuring proper vetting, contracting, and management for high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, education, or enablement in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven editing skills with experience creating compelling content for multiple channels.
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skill in determining the specific knowledge and skills required by the audience to achieve their objectives.
  • Proven attention to detail and experience maintaining accuracy and quality in work products.
  • Experience adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience understanding and empathizing with the target audience, identifying their needs, motivations, goals, and knowledge gaps.
  • Experience organizing and sequencing content logically and coherently for audience absorption.
