About the position

The Global Marketing Delivery team at Meta is seeking an experienced Scaled Marketing Enablement Manager to support the Business Marketing Group (BMG). This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, comfortable coordinating work across broad teams while recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives. The Global Marketing Delivery team is responsible for managing hundreds of simultaneous marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, web, on-site, and webinars. As the Scaled Marketing Enablement Manager, you will consolidate delivery status for BMG leaders, effectively communicating the status of marketing campaigns and comparing planned versus actual outcomes. This information is crucial for enabling decision-making regarding capacity utilization, necessary trade-offs, and optimization strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that marketing strategies and priorities are well understood and represented in campaign delivery. Your role will involve developing and maintaining processes that enhance the efficiency of campaign execution across teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and collaborating across the organization to implement these improvements. This position is integral to the successful delivery of our marketing plan. Key responsibilities include designing and managing executive reporting on priority initiative status and delivery, including capacity management and tradeoff recommendations. You will routinely deliver initiative status reports to all of BMG, collect and synthesize insights from partners such as Data Science, Finance, Media, and Web to facilitate optimization discussions, and ensure alignment across BMG and its partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing roadblocks and escalating risks to ensure effective campaign delivery, developing recommendations to improve campaign delivery efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects to maximize alignment and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage executive reporting on priority initiative status and delivery, including capacity management and tradeoff recommendations.
  • Routinely deliver initiative status reporting to all of BMG.
  • Collect and synthesize insights from partners including Data Science, Finance, Media and Web to frame optimization and leader tradeoff conversations.
  • Proactively communicate up-down-across BMG + partners to ensure alignment and activate necessary advocacy.
  • Remove roadblocks and escalate risks to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Develop recommendations to improve campaign delivery efficiency by synthesizing multiple viewpoints and performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, including best practice sharing, goaling, and measurement in order to maximize XFN alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and channel delivery, working with cross-functional partners within and beyond the immediate team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital performance and/or growth marketing or process design and optimization
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience conveying complex concepts with brevity and clarity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and embracing flex between hands-on execution and big-picture thought
  • Expertise using campaign and process data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.
