Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
• Schedule service clients
• Bill service invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
• Provide support for audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries

Requirements

• Strong mathematical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data entry and accounting software, such as Sage
• Ability to type accurately at least 40 keystrokes per minute
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
• Accounts receivable experience (2 years preferred)
