Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments to ensure optimal coverage for client needs, adapting to changing requirements and emergencies.
• Draft and manage monthly schedules for caregivers, ensuring all shifts are filled while considering caregiver availability and client preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver availability, client requirements, and any changes in schedules.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and their families to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure overall satisfaction with services.
• Monitor caregiver performance and report any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in scheduling, caregiver coordination, or a related field (must provide employment reference letter).
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing, with the ability to quickly learn scheduling software as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
• Must reside in Loudoun County with reliable transportation and commit to at least one year in the position.
