Responsibilities

  • Schedule interview and onboarding appointments with qualified applicants.
  • Provide outstanding service and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding and retention initiatives as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Relay message requests using the company's internal communications system.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all candidate appointments and contact information.
  • Follow up with account managers and candidates regarding cancellations and reschedule requests.
  • Participate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and either Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must remain calm while managing multiple schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone.
