About The Position
Will complete work as assigned to ensure an easily accessible, streamlined and efficient scheduling process for physician's patients and all referring entities while assuring efficient, effective and high-quality process for all departments receiving scheduling input with agreed upon service levels. Three main areas of work assignments are incorporated this position - initial patient contact for scheduling procedures, pre-authorization/certification and follow up patient contact for verifications and reminders. Competencies in all three areas are expected but work assignment may be designated to one particular area of focus.
