About the position

The Scheduling and Deployment Manager at Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and deployment of per diem employees, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance across all programs. This role involves employee supervision, management of scheduling software, and providing training to ensure all employees meet required standards. The position is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the organization's mission to provide comprehensive services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support per diem employees including training, performance appraisals, and compliance reviews.
  • Manage and maintain scheduling software, ensuring accurate and efficient employee deployment.
  • Update master schedules for all locations and provide hands-on training for site leaders.
  • Deploy employees based on zone guidelines, critical needs, and availability.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to update on vacant positions and manage internal transfers.
  • Provide training on scheduling software and ensure all employees complete required annual training.
  • Perform regular audits and compliance checks to maintain accurate scheduling practices.
  • Serve as a positive role model, promoting positive behaviors and interactions with all individuals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience or one full year of college education in human services preferred.
  • Strong technical acuity with scheduling tools and contemporary technology.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must meet Lifetime Assistance, Inc.'s Vehicle Operator Requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Medical office experience
  • 1 year of medical terminology experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
