As an Ambulatory Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for all activities related to the successful completion of all scheduled and unscheduled surgeries, procedures, admissions, and/or appointments, including maximizing allocated space based on medical needs and prioritizing admissions and appointments. A Coordinator in this role will have the opportunity to create various connections with other caregivers while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal future caregiver is someone who has prior experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume work environment, acts in a professional, caring, and helpful manner, can multi-task while paying attention to details and staying organized, is reliable and flexible, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.
