About the position

The Scheduling Coordinator at Cornerstone Caregiving is responsible for managing schedules between clients and caregivers in a fast-paced, non-medical in-home care environment. This role involves assessing client needs, ensuring proper staffing for shifts, and providing administrative support to the Operating Director. The position requires effective communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle on-call responsibilities after hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
  • Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
  • Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
  • Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure staffing needs are met.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in home care or healthcare.
  • At least one year of recruiting experience.
  • Experience in schedule management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in medical scheduling.
